Living in calm Earlwood, it is interesting to note that last weekend, 2 people were assaulted and 1 of them killed just across the river from me in Marrickville. Not 500 metres from my house. That’s scary, but because I am in suburban Earlwood, it didn’t click until I realised how close that actually was until I read the story. http://tinyurl.com/5pumce I’m not scared - but should I be? THose guys could have just ran down the steps across the road from me just before they attacked these people, or worse ran up here afterwards…
