Doctor fights visa refusal over Down Syndrome son

A Horsham-based doctor says he is preparing to fight a Federal Government decision to not grant his family permanent residency because his son has Down Syndrome.

I still think it’s a real discrimination that should be looked at in a broader context and not just for this doctor.
